NOTICE - YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We want you to be aware of our policies with respect to the disclosure of nonpublic personal information about you that we have collected from you or others in connection with the financial products and services that we provide you.

We recognize that the confidentiality of this information is extremely important to you and we hope that the information in this ANNUAL notice will assure you that we keep this information confidential as described herein. Under no circumstances do we sell your information.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  1. Information we receive from you on applications or other forms.
  2. Information concerning your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, and
  3. Information we receive from any consumer reporting agency.

We will not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you while you are our member or thereafter, except (1) as permitted by law and (2) to nonaffiliated third parties that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint marketing agreement (which, among other things, prohibits further disclosures by such nonaffiliated third parties except in accordance with law). The information that we will share with such nonaffiliated third parties includes the following:

  1. Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your Name, address, social security number assets and income.
  2. Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as your account balance, payment history, credit card usage and the like and
  3. Information we receive from any consumer reporting agency about you, such as your credit worthiness and credit history.

Non affiliated third parties and financial institutions to whom we may disclose your nonpublic personal information include the following types of third parties: insurance companies, investment advisors, and the like.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those of our employees who need to know that information in order to provide financial products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. If at any time changes are made to this policy, we will provide you with a REVISED policy disclosure.
